TRADE SYTE SOLUTION / LEGAL

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of Shared Roll, including event hosting, guest participation, and one-time purchases.

Effective October 2, 2026 · Publisher: Trade Syte Solution

1. Who may use Shared Roll

Shared Roll is provided by Trade Syte Solution. Hosts create an account and are responsible for their login credentials and event invitations. Guests can join with an event link or QR code without creating an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service only with any permission required from a parent or guardian. Hosts are responsible for deciding whether their event is appropriate for minors.

2. Events, invitations, and media

An event’s host chooses the guest capacity, number of frames or clips, reveal timing, and moderation. An invitation link can be forwarded; share it only with intended participants. The host and invited guests may be able to see, download, or share approved media according to the event settings. Guests should not assume that a photo is private to them simply because they took it.

You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions from event attendees and rights holders before capturing, uploading, showing, or distributing media. You retain your rights in your content and allow us to host and process it to provide the service as described in the EULA.

3. Purchases and upgrades

Guest-count tiers are one-time purchases for individual events, not subscriptions; there is no automatic billing-period renewal. The price and guest limit shown at checkout apply to the selected tier. An event may be activated after payment is confirmed. A host may pay the displayed difference to upgrade to a larger tier; upgrades do not create a recurring plan. Payment is processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes and total charges, if any, are presented in checkout before you pay.

4. Cancellations, refunds, and disputes

There is no self-service refund or cancellation guarantee stated here. If you have a billing problem or want to request a refund, email tradesytesolutions@gmail.com with your event details. We will review the request under applicable law and any purchase terms shown at checkout. A full refund of an event purchase can close that event; a refunded upgrade can return it to the prior paid capacity. A payment dispute may interrupt event access while it is resolved.

5. Acceptable use and moderation

Do not upload content that violates the law, another person’s rights, or an event’s rules. Do not impersonate others, spam invitations, or attempt to defeat access or purchase limits. Hosts can hide submitted media; we may remove material or restrict access when necessary to protect people, comply with law, or keep the service operating.

6. Access and deletion

Guests may lose access when an event closes or an invitation stops working. Hosts can delete their account and associated events using the account page. Deletion is irreversible in the app; copies already downloaded or shared by others, and records that must be retained for legal, tax, dispute, or security reasons, may remain outside the active event. Save important media before deleting an event or account.

7. Service limits and responsibility

We provide the service on an “as available” basis. Device permissions, network availability, and third-party services can affect it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for lost opportunities or indirect or consequential damages arising from use or interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes, law, and contact

We may update these terms; the current version and effective date will appear here. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect is subject to applicable law. Maryland, USA law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without displacing mandatory protections that apply to you.
