TRADE SYTE SOLUTION / LEGAL

End User License Agreement

This agreement explains the permission you receive to use Shared Roll in your browser. It applies to hosts and guests alike.

Effective October 2, 2026 · Publisher: Trade Syte Solution

1. The service and your license

Trade Syte Solution (“we,” “us”) grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Shared Roll for its intended purpose: creating or participating in an event’s shared camera and gallery. The service runs in a browser; installing it as a home-screen web app does not change this license. We retain ownership of the service, its software, design, and branding. This license does not transfer ownership of the photos and clips you contribute.

2. What you may do

Hosts may set up an event and invite guests. Guests with an event link or QR code may capture or add their own photos, and, where enabled, short clips. Event organizers may configure when a gallery opens and moderate content. Access to an event link does not give you permission to use somebody else’s account or publish material you have no right to share.

3. What you may not do

  • Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the service, except where the law expressly permits it.
  • Bypass guest limits, access controls, moderation, or payment requirements.
  • Upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or privacy-invasive material, or use the service to harass anyone.
  • Use automated traffic or tools that disrupt other people’s events or the service.

4. Your content

You remain responsible for content you submit and for having the rights and permissions needed to capture and share it, including permission from people depicted when required by law. You grant us a limited license to store, process, display, transmit, and make your submitted content available within the relevant event so the service can work. The host’s chosen gallery settings and moderation choices affect who can see it. Do not add sensitive content you are not comfortable sharing within the event.

5. Availability and changes

Camera access, network connection, and device/browser support affect the experience. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to operate and protect the service. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent availability of event media. Keep your own copies of anything important.

6. Ending use

You may stop using Shared Roll at any time. Hosts can request account deletion using the account controls. We may restrict access for misuse or legal reasons. When your access ends, this license ends; provisions that reasonably need to survive, such as ownership and liability terms, continue to apply.

7. Related documents

The Terms & Conditions cover purchases and other service rules. The Privacy Statement explains how personal information is handled. If these documents conflict about a purchase or privacy issue, the more specific document controls that issue.

8. Governing law and contact

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Maryland, USA law governs this agreement, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your location. Questions can be sent to tradesytesolutions@gmail.com.
